Women on Mission provides a relational and dynamic way for women to grow in Christ and answer His call to make disciples. Through Bible study, prayer devotionals, missions projects and outreach, each meeting offers opportunities and resources to be involved with missions in our everyday lives. Whether it’s following social media, reading a blog, asking some friends to volunteer together once a month or even purchasing fair-trade products to help fight human trafficking and poverty — there is something for everyone in Women on Mission.
Our WOM serve in many ways throughout our community, such as:
- The Next Door Ministry - WOM supports the Next Door Ministry which exists to empower women for lifetime recovery through a continuum of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery. We serve as volunteers for their day to day operations, as well as provide clothes and other resources.
- St. Thomas Midtown Hospital - WOM supports St. Thomas by volunteering for their day to day operations, as well as providing supplies that they need, such as magazines, hygiene items, and biblical support.
- Summit Hospital - WOM supports Summit Hospital by providing supplies that they need, such as magazines, hygiene items, and biblical support.
